Destiny 2 Is Free To Keep On PC Till November 18

Destiny 2

Destiny 2 is free to keep on PC till November 18th. Players will be able to download the base version of the game. The base version includes the main campaign which is about 8 hours long. Beyond this, players will also have access to the  Leviathan raid and the Crucible multiplayer mode. However, it is to be noted that the latest expansion, Forsaken will not be available. Forsaken DLC will still cost you $40.

Activision made this announcement during the Blizzcon event. Destiny 2 is celebrating its first anniversary on pc. The giveaway is held as a part of it. Destiny 2 is available on PC through the Battle.net client. Destiny 2 suffered from a rough launch. Although the initial reception was pretty positive, the game suffered from many major issues. Beyond this, the hidden grind and paywall made the fans angry. However, Bungie fixed many of these issues with the expansions. Forsaken DLC which is the latest was praised by the fans for the fun new game modes and changes. This is a very wise decision from Activision as Destiny 2 saw significant player count drops before some months. Destiny without a doubt offers you a fun time to be had with friends.
